Wow this programme is kind of hard ... I didn't expect it to be like that ...
Sometimes it is so much to eat, and sometimes I'm starving like now ... but in an hour I will be at home, preparing a big bowl of rucola salat, with some cucumbers, tomatoes and olives yum yum.
But still an hour to go ... shit I'm hungy ... I already sinned with a walnut :/
Still 5,5 days of detox to go ... and then 5 establishing-days ...
And then?
I still have no clue how I will create my nutrition after my detox diet ... Healthy, that for sure and of course without binging, but I am really scared to binge again, and maybe worse than before ...
I need a plan ... a good one!
